Okay ladies, I had the pleasure of meeting Seantell Gillard the owner and aesthetician as well as lash artist at Charleston Lash! I was there for a three hour consultation as well as a Volume Lash treatment, which I absolutely love! I initially wanted it for an event I was hosting this past weekend on November 2, 2018 and now I’m hooked for life!
Customer Service
Let me tell you, she is the sweetest, most accommodating, and understanding client I have had! As you know I have a baby and she let him lay on me and sleep on me and cry for the first 30 minutes of our appointment! Mav often comes with me during the week to meet my collaborators and work meetings, but on this day he was not a happy camper.
I was relieved that Seantell was not irritated and impatient, as we all know how it is having a baby. So my experience with Seantell was amazing. Scheduling with her is also so great because she tries to work around you. Most lash artists say this is the schedule and that’s that, but Seantell makes her customers happy.
Experience
One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had besides having a crying baby with me which is my fault for bringing him to a lash treatment! I was able to open my eyes when I needed to, I was also able to go to the bathroom when I wanted/needed to, and care for my baby when he was fussy. I love the new location which is newly renovated as well and brand new! This is a bunch of studios that rent out the space which keeps it small, and personable – the business. My lashes turned out amazing and I am so happy that I came to Charleston Lash for my eyelash extensions. Look at how beautiful they turned out! Seantell applied the Volume Lashes on me here is a before and after, it is best to come without any makeup on so there’s no oils on your skin.
