Warm & comforting matzo ball soup for the soul!
Have you ever had Matzo Ball Soup? When I first made it a couple of weeks ago it instantly became one of my favorite soups, besides the good ole classic Chicken Noodle Soup! I regularly make a whole chicken noodle soup when our household is feeling a little under the weather or after traveling. This one will start to be on rotation! There are classic recipes of Matzo Ball Soup that I was inspired to make a little twist of my own! This one has ground beef meatballs in it and it’s just so warm and comforting! I hope you enjoy it as much as I do! I was inspired by my local eatery @butcherandbee because theirs looked so delicious, so if you’re local and you’re not up for cooking – they have their own original Matzo Ball Soup on the menu sometimes!
